The worst, wouldn’t recommend. Went there for 4 months. They don’t care about you. Just your money. I wonder if they care about their providers or are we all just money making schemes? Facing Depression, steer clear. lol. Thanks!

Unfortunately I recently had a very disappointing experience with LifeStance after being charged $70 for a no-show appointment that should have already been cancelled by their office, per their supposed policy. I was told by their office staff several weeks ago that because of how their scheduling system works, I could not possibly be scheduled with two different providers simultaneously in the system because one would be automatically cancelled once the second is booked. This clearly did NOT happen. After contacting the office about it later, they said there's nothing they can do about the charge because only the individual provider could waive it, so I need to contact her. Then, this provider told me that she could not waive the full fee. I then contacted the office again to request a refund after my card was charged. After putting me on hold for several minutes, then transferring me, then putting me on hold again, the billing department said they can't process any refunds without a waiver from the provider. Also, I was once was charged my copay for a tele-health appointment where the provider did not even show. After waiting 30 minutes, I logged off and contacted the office, so they were fully aware of what happened. I hadn't even realized I was still charged until it showed up on my bill the following week. Not sure how that makes sense. I'm less frustrated about the money than I am by this poor customer service. Just so much wasted effort on my part.

I’m very happy with my counseling. Therapy has provided a healthy way to work through issues that I’ve had trouble dealing with in the past.

Easy scheduling and great staff. Whether it was in-person or virtual I have been seen promptly. E-mail reminders and correspondence are very helpful and efficient; their platform is easy to use. Naomi is efficient, knowledgeable and a great resource.

Friendly staff willing to answer all of your questions. They set me up with a therapist they felt was a good match for me and I'm happy to agree with them! I'm looking forward to my future with them and growing. Much more responsive than my previous counselors/therapists. Only complaint I have is directed towards my insurance company/capitalism as a whole 🙂.

Mrs. Naomi Constantine is just wonderful! I feel very comfortable with her and feel as though I can tell her anything! She is very welcoming and brightened my day! I’m looking forward to my next appointment 😊

I had my doubts with telehealth at first but I'm SO glad I went through with the first appointment. My psychiatrist was professional, warm, and compassionate. Unlike the normal Q and A run- through, Dr. Sullivan took her time with me and made me feel comfortable opening up. I'm very grateful!
