Their portal is extremely limited in functionality with no ability to schedule appointments without calling in. The staff working the phones more than compensate for it by being very efficient and knowledgeable.

I love life stance. They took me on With Arms Wide Open and made me feel comfortable from the start. My prescriber is fantastic. The staff is friendly fast and is efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

3+ months wait for a zoom call is ridiculous. Also rather then sending an appointment reminder an hour before, or 5-10 mins after if you lost track of time, they send you a reminder to join the call 20 mins into it. With no link. By the time you figure out how to navigate their ill designed website, it’s too late. Seems like predatory design to collect a no show fee.
