I wanted to see a therapist in person and saw great reviews. I saw that they didn’t take my insurance and was willing to pay out of pocket for sessions if the therapist was the right fit and reasonable price. I had an introductory session with a therapist that was 40 minutes and was then charged $315 for that one 40 minute session. Absolutely insane pricing, am not returning or giving them my business. As a mental health organization, the least this company could do is be transparent about out of pocket costs.

They have some great therapists. I've worked with three and while the first two weren't a good fit for me, they were still fantastic. I appreciate this organization very much. Keep up the good work. My only qualm is that the check in process is a bit redundant, asking for my address twice to confirm my identity and having to do so every session.

Nothing like seeking mental health treatment for an office to call 35 minutes before the scheduled appointment for them to just realize “the doctor isn’t currently taking new patients”. Zero professionalism.

Called to get pricing for out of pocket services. They told me it could cost anywhere between 150-750. When I asked for them to be more specific they said they couldn't. "it just depends". Essentially "were gonna think of a number, and then double it" I'll reconsider this review when they get more transparent about their pricing

First addressing the ease of signing up, and completing the patient forms - compared to other clinics and offices in the past, this was very easy. I’m also extremely happy with the level of care and expertise of my provider. The facility is also clean and taken care of.
