My husband is a patient here. I am, at this moment so outraged that he/we have been attempting to reach his physician for one week to refill a prescription prior to leaving town. He left multiple messages requests through their portal which were never responded to. Our pharmacy has also made multiple requests. The phone # listed for this practice is answered elsewhere in the USA & that call got us nowhere. This is far from okay!!!!!!

The therapy team is great - the admin side needs work I should be able to schedule an ongoing appointment online Instead I have to call in each time even if the therapist cancels their end I still cant reschedule from my end without having to call in.

Ms Tiffany made this easy breezy! Like she read the room and rolled out the comfort. Next thing I know I done told her my dog name lol.

The operations of this facility is horrendous! It is unacceptable that patients, particularly those receiving psychiatric care and who are insured, are required to jump through hoops just to obtain basic support for appointment or billing issues. As of recently, regardless if you have an appointment or not, they will not provide a link to your doctor (telehealth) until a credit card is placed on file. This is in my view, ethically questionable for the simple fact that, if payment is required in advance, there must be a clear and accessible way for patients to speak with a representative—especially when the account balance is disputed. I was ultimately required to pay an out of pocket and incorrect expense to simply speak to my doctor for my scheduled appointment. When I did not pay, I "missed" my appointment, and what happened - ANOTHER FEE of $50 for missed appointment??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This place is being run as some sort of scam or revenue generating facility and not a Doctors Office! The worst part, my doctor is phenomenal and I have great report, been with her for several years. This review is ONLY for operations, the physicians.
