I've been with lifestance for about four years almost five. My therapist are wonderful, Tiffany,Melissa,Anna and also, the front desk Star she's amazing. My only problem is the billing department. I've been trying to get this issue Resolved since November fifteen, not only its into another year later, and I'm still calling trying to speak to manager or supervisor in billing, which I was always told no one was available. I was also told a supervisor manager would call me back never did until last week. The issue hasn't been resolved and I'm still waiting to speak to manager or supervisor This is is so unprofessional.
I’m doing very well but asked for some adjustments in my medications. Tiffany was able to make these adjustments and was helpful in explaining in detail what effects the medications are intended produce and the effects my requested changes.
I absolutely LOVE my PA problem is lifestance itself is a horrible company. As of Jan 1st they outsourced billing to the middle east. They are very hard to deal with.
The therapist I met today was great. I’ve seen other therapist and she really listened and really understood. I definitely would refer this office to others.
They will not refill your meds in a timely manner and you will run out of meds
