Lynn is amazing....very professional and positive in her attitude. It's like talking with a friend.
Always a pleasure with Mary I always feel better leaving. Thank you
Nicole Traub is excellent!!! I cannot say enough good things about how she took time to listen to my situation before deciding on a plan. So many other doctors have and do just read your chart and go off of that without making their own assessment. She was a breath of fresh air and I feel like I’m finally getting the help I need! After years of feeling like I’m my only advocate I can say I feel like I have a provider on my side that cares about me and helping me feel and be better . Nicole is excellent ! Highly recommend. Also I did my evaluation phase with dr alex and he was amazing as well! Very caring, thorough and picked up on things I’ve trying to get help with for years. Excellent care!
First time I’ve ever been to therapy and was very happy with my results and session
They lied to me about services they offer because of my specific situation. It’s sad, really. No wonder why people suffer
awesome place, wonderful therapist and wonderful front desk. i am sure happy I found them. i was with another therapist and didn’t feel she was the right one for me so they were happy to switch me to Sarah. Perfect fit for me! And Regina at the front desk is a jewel!!! obviously I am very happy
I am a teacher who recently transitioned to a new school district. Although I officially resigned from my previous position in July, my former employer backdated my insurance termination date to June 30th. As a result, when I attended a therapy session with my therapist (whom I have been seeing for three years and has helped me tremendously) I was unaware that I no longer had active insurance coverage. Lifestance Health charged me $360 for that one single session. As providers for those with trauma and mental health issues, this seems like an unethical overcharge. Had I known the session would not be covered by insurance and would cost $360 out of pocket, I would not have scheduled or attended the appointment. Additionally, my bill balance has increased to $735 as of September, despite not having had any further sessions. This raises serious concerns, as it appears I am fraudulently being billed for services I did not receive. I am being referred to customer service call center, who speak robotically and do not want to help resolve the issue. Upon research, this is a recurring issue with Lifestance Health and there are similar complaints with the BBB as well as lawsuits against the company. As a result of my experience, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, and I am legally disputing the medical charge.
