absolutely horrible experience. do not use leticia vance as a provider, psychiatric meetings would be less than five minutes and she did not ask any questions or help in any way with trying to find prescriptions, and the appointments i was able to schedule would often be canceled a couple hours before. there was also a time where she just disappeared for 3+ months and i wasn’t able to change any of the medication that i really wanted to change, and when i finally did have another appointment and said that i haven’t been able to fill a prescription she openly laughed in my face, and gave no explanation as to why she disappeared for so long and why i wasn’t able to get refills or change my medication. in that time i was able to find a whole different psychiatrist at a different company and start treatment there, which ended up working out because after all that she canceled yet another meeting that i had. she truly does not care. do not recommend this place
I love my medication manager Dr. Palmer. She is is really good at listening to me and helping find the the correct medication and counseling so I can make progress. 9
