The online check-in process is overly long and frustrating. It makes the overall experience feel sterile and impersonal. As an established patient, it’s especially frustrating to repeatedly answer the same questions about anxiety and depression at every visit — there should be a more efficient way to track changes over time without redoing the full questionnaire each time. Another issue is the timing: if you try to check in early when you first get the “It’s time to check in” email, you may still have to repeat the process again closer to your actual appointment. This can cause delays and even make you late to your visit, which is incredibly stressful. The process needs to be streamlined — both to save time and to improve the overall patient experience.
