Booking an appointment was easy. The registration was done online also, rather than having to complete a packet of paperwork before the appointment. Overall, very easy and convenient process.

I had a positive new patient appt and felt I good report with Jennifer. I was very pleased with how the booking process worked, however it would be advantageous to have them give the direct phone number for the specific therapy office .

I received a referral from my primary care physician. I actually went by the office. I spoke with the very nice receptionist, gave her a few details. She called me back with a potential therapist and I set up an appointment. The receptionist sent me a link to provide my information. I did that without any trouble. The receptionist told me if I had any trouble, she would help me if I had any problems with the link All went very smoothly

Our family had a great experience with LifeStance in Johnson City, TN. I had been discussing the potential autism diagnosis with my daughters pediatricians since she was 18 months old. Our family had a couple moves, one of which knocked us out of her first appointment with a different facility because we moved states. As many know these appointments have lengthy waitlists. I then set up an appointment with LifeStance for about 6 months later when she would be 3 years old. The week of her appointment they realized she'd been scheduled with someone who does not meet with children her age. The earliest opening was another 6 months out. I was absolutely heart broken, as I knew this appointment was imperative for future therapies, assistance etc. Then a lady called me, who is an angel on Earth! This was in October 2024, and I believe her name was Michelle. She worked with me through multiple calls, speaking with doctors and was so sympathetic through the whole interaction. They were able to get our daughter in the same week with Dr. Alyssa Scott. Dr. Scott was very welcoming, patient and kind, a total pleasure to work with! We can not thank her enough for seeing our daughter, getting an official diagnosis, which in turn led to answered questions and knowledge of ways to better assist her.
