I’ll be honest—therapy appointments always make me uneasy, and I often question if I should bother. But each session ends up being more valuable than expected, leaving me with new insights and a clearer understanding of myself. While it’s not always easy, it’s been an essential part of my personal growth.

My first appointment was nice she listened asked questions I felt heard but her assistant sent me a voice mail that I never received. I was unable to see my therapist in person duo to an illness. I had the session on the phone in the waiting room so no privacy but I'm hopeful that my therapist will get better and I will have an in-person session.
