Since changes were made to the check-in process l think this past summer, said process has taken a turn for the worse. The requirement that regular clients fill out a survey every. Freaking. Time before a weekly therapy session just to get the link to the meeting room for said session is frustrating at best, and at times infuriating when the system doesn't cooperate for any reason, resulting in missed connections znd unfair no-show fees than then need to br contested later (this happened 3 times to me before learning about a work around to bypass the issues with the patient portal altogether- but that was three times too many! The saving grace are the office employees who are truly helpful and equally frustrated by « the new system » .
Like to be able to choose zoom or in office
