We are just getting acquainted with Mr. Toby, but so far so good! He is very thoughtful with his guidance and he is great at helping us sort through the twists and turns of life.

The office is very comfortable and welcoming with a very sweet receptionist. My therapist is very good. I have only been there twice but I am very pleased.

These people really tried to charge me $75 for needing to reschedule. Never ever had a clinic I’ve interacted with of any speciality tried to charge me 75 for rescheduling. That’s okay though I’ll find a place where mental health matters and is not simply only monetized.

Just another set of individuals that range from wonderful to those who simply don't care. "Can you please remove Medicaid from my records so that my provider doesn't cancel again?" "Yeah, I can, but it shows as inactive, so it really shouldn't matter." That was after 35 minutes on the phone. Every person who works for a mental healthcare company, who deals with the public, should have to pass an empathy test. Half the people I've dealt with at LifeStance would fail.

My experience with my provider at LifeStance has been more than I ever imagined it could be. She prescribes for me but more than that she takes time to really understand my unique situation and symptoms. She is always willing to allow me to try and do something different and she has consistently encouraged me and supported me through the challenges I often face. The care I have received from her is the best I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, caring and treats me with respect. I highly recommend LifeStance for your mental Healthcare needs. Mental Health can be hard enough but LifeStance care team makes wellness more attainable!
