The nurse who did the intake was professional but he should start with the provider’s referral annd explain what the provider asked on it and not at the end of the session. If I want a medication management I can go through my Dr.. Also, no medical or nursing staff should have cologne or perfume on him/her patients are sensitive to fragrances.

Lifestance Health has made everything as difficult as they possibly can. I have a wonderful therapist but really my prescriber is a complete train wreck. Please look elsewhere. I had released and signed an roi that was very specific and they violated HIPAA laws and sent my primary caregivers a complete data dump through the mail. I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. And understand any request you make with this group is going to be routed into a call center and they have no clue who you are. They can either look at your profile and still not have any idea who you are. Just a very buyer beware. L
