These mental health psychiatrist and clinicians are amazing! I’m impressed with my psychiatrist and how much she really listens to me and treated me as a whole person and did not judge me. I’m also very excited to work with a therapist. Thank God for these people for doing work. The staff is also very helpful

I have been going to Lifestance for about 9 months and I really appreciate the level of care and compassion that I receive. I would recommend that anyone who is considering seeking guidance look at Lifestance.
Scheduled an appointment online, expecting to at some point be told how much it would cost, as I am paying out of pocket. Went through all the paperwork and online check in stuff. Still no information on cost. Tried to cancel online and there's is no option. Tried to cancel over the phone, and am told to call back during office hours, which are not listed. Found a location branch that says they are open 24 hours on Saturday, and drive half an hour to try cancelling in person, but the hospital the branch is supposedly located in is closed, and appears to still be under construction. Better Businesses Beuro reports confirm that this sort of thing is a known issue for the company. I should have looked at that first. Now I'm going to be out an unknown amount of money for an appointment I'm not being allowed to cancel with the doctor who, from my further research does not appear to even exist. This entire company is a scam. Be smarter than me, and avoid them
