This entire process was so incredibly easy and helpful for me in particular, I'm not so good at these kinda details when it comes to Dr appointments and my follow through needs some improvement however, this pre-visit process was smooth, quick and effective. Then my therapist was just amazing, I think I found the person that can help me best help myself. I'm sure it's not always that easy for everyone but I believe it can be if you go into this with an open mind and heart. I really need help, I'm so grateful to be getting the help I need and I encourage anyone who's thinking of accessing these resources to do so because this stuff truly helps and I feel like I've taken the first and most important step towards inner growth and hopefully towards growth to being a better version of myself.
