Dr. Patricia Figgs is one of the best. She has a way of gaining your trust and really helping you. This maybe the general way its supposed to go, but I highly recommend this group. Their office staff is also very responsive and willing to help you solve anything you need.
Feel like we really have accomplished something since I have worked with Dr. Figgs! So grateful!
This place has gone down hill. The therapy is excellent but there are never any receptionists at the two offices I’ve been seen at. I also spent all of December trying to get the correct medication scripts sent to the correct pharmacies. They also doubled booked me without catching it the day of my appointment. I use to love lifestance but, they have to stop penny pinching on the admin end.
