This place has been giving me the run around . My pcp gave me these guys number to be evaluated for adult autism. I called in January and the woman told me to call back in the first week in February that get scheduled so I called back on February 2nd and she told me they had no adult autism testing appointments available so NOW I have to call in a march. All I want is answers

A safe place and genuine energy

Booking was very disorganized. I went through an entire intake appointment only to find out that the clinician had only one day available to schedule me. Her availability was not listed anywhere. When I called to find another clinician that could meet me at a certain time, the person on the phone told me to call again tomorrow. Overall it was a very disorganized and stressful experience. Please post the availability of the clinician in a more clear way.

Miriam Davidson is a terrible nurse. She put my girlfriend through mental torture. In my 10 years of knowing her I have never seen her so depressed. Miriam has a "philosophy ", my girlfriend could not even tell her everything because she got depressed everytime she knew she had to see this woman. My girlfriend had been on a medication for 25 years and this nurse thought she knew better. My girlfriend was a wreck and Miriam thought she was an addict right away, she is a drug counselor which is why she has a "philosophy " about others mental health. My girlfriend was treated like an addictr right away. I am irrate because I had to see her suffer, then listen to Miriam literally not care. I feel like she doesn't want to put in any effort or she is scared of her license. After 25 years on a medication you don't just stop then mention changing an anti depressant that has worked for years. This is medication mismanagement by Miriam. I saw her suffer because of Miriam not knowing what she is doing. Go see a psychiatrist , it's clear she is not professional in appearance or action. I have never heard a doctor say the things I heard her say to my girlfriend. She is the plague, stay away.

I was helped promptly without judgrment and treated pleasantly. Very helpful with tech issues

Next visit will be in person. Usually telemed. Dr Park is good. Basically just need to touch base every few months to make sure things are okay.

I had a great experience at Lifestance till I couldn’t pay my bill and when I was in a better position fiscally and I turned to Lifestance and my provider for help sobbing and scared, they told me to go to the ED. Now think of it in this lens you are terrified and feeling the most vulnerable you have ever been in your life and you are turned away… do you want a provider who will be there and help be a part of the solution or send you to our ED where they are already over worked and understaffed… I am a very motivated patient who wants to work together to find a solution but when you are only given one door to walk through it leaves you feeling defeated and scared. People don’t always remember what you say but they will always remember how you made them feel and lifestance provider made me feel worse than I ever did before I walked through that door. Please ask your providers about how they will handle changes in medications.,. Perhaps if I had been given a second opinion this would be a different review… I have been reaching out every way I can to lifestance to get a solution to this. I am very willing to work towards a Goal together. I am willing to change my review if they can provide me with any support besides go to the emergency room. I read the policy that lifestance has on my situation and all I am asking is for them to honor the policy they write and is stated on their site.
