I wish I could give zero stars. Maybe the doctors are fine, but you have to deal the LifeStance to get to them. LifeStance is owned by private equity and it shows. The booking staff was not helpful and was not able to find me a practitioner. Yet when I called the doctors directly, was able to find availability.

I had come here years ago for a traumatic childhood experience. The therapist I had is not longer on the website so she must have been moved, I don’t remember her name but her face and her hair is engraved in my memory after the hell she put me through. Our first session she made it clear she would not tell my mother a single thing I said unless I explicitly told her it was ok. At the end of every session she told me she was going to take time to talk with my mother. It didn’t take long for me to figure out she relayed everything I said directly back to her. After every session I’d spend over half an hour in the car ride home with my mom screaming at me recounting what I said in therapy. Eventually the contents distrust led me to tell the therapist I was doing great and didn’t need it anymore. I have not gone back to a therapist since then and now I suffer with opening up because the first thing I think about is someone talking about my biggest insecurities and fears to other people just because. I wish I had reported this sooner, I hope she’s fired or retired as she’s not trustworthy. I sat on it thinking it wasn’t a big deal but every so often I found myself looking at the lifestance website to see if she still worked there and the memories would come back.

Therapist seemed nice dr didn't listen to anything I said then send an insulting letter telling me to go back to Seacoast Mental health. I will never trust any of you again

Refusing to send in medication refills thanks to Michael Knight canceling our appointments for 4 months in a row. Absolutely disgusting.

Finally someone who combined all the qualities of an understanding compassionate educated listener who will guide me to reach my goals and highest potential. I felt heard for the first time and look forward to my growth with excitement! I felt supported on all levels and his advice I will certainly lean and learn from. Thank you Tris.
