Lifestance was an easy experience for me, as i am not very tech savy. Aslo, my therapist is amazing and i’m very lucky to have found her!

Great therapists. However, their billing office is a nightmare. They take weeks (if ever) to respond to messages. If you call them on the phone you wait more than thirty minutes. Sometimes after that wait the call just hangs up on you. They consistently get the insurances processed incorrectly, sometimes not even bothering to file the claim with both insurances in the correct order. Other times they have gone ahead and billed my card on file instead of processing both insurances correctly first (I have no copay due when both are processed correctly), and they won’t refund that money to my card till they fix the other billing mistakes we’ve brought to their attention. So they’re holding my money hostage while they fix their mistakes. And those times where they charged my card did not show up at all anywhere on the bill they sent me. I found it in my checking account statement. They have no explanation for that even as they hold onto my money that they took by accident. There is one guy who does it correctly, but that’s it. The billing dept is a constant nightmare. They are about to adopt a new online system that will also include billing. If these problems persist I will have to stop my therapy.

Amie has been very supportive in all area. She takes her time to talk with me and just kind in the way she talks with respect. She seems to understand what I am going through without no judgment. Catherine Giello is the same way too. She takes her time also to listen to me as I speak and explain how I feel. I am really grateful to have this two people. Very professional people

Very professional and expedited my request to find a therapist. I appreciate the reminders and ability to communicate through the patient portal. I am happy and satisfied with the therapist who was selected for me. I have and will continue to recommend this company to others in search of a therapist.

My psychiatrist is very kind, caring, and considerate. He works fast when I’m having a problem with my prescriptions. The office staff and support staff are extremely kind and caring, diligent and provide quick Follow up with any problems or concerns. I would definitely recommend this site for psych mental health services.
