My therapist is wonderful. However, there needs to be a sign on the outside of the building saying "LifeStance" and more directions inside. When I first called a long time ago, I thought the place was a scam. There is no rfeceptionest at the front door of the place. It seems very odd! Get better signage!
All the staff are conscientious and obliging
My therapist is great. Booking is HORRIBLE. You don't get a link until 30 minutes before the meeting (so if 2 people are meeting in different locations, and your meeting is at the crack of dawn, its both annoying and leaves no time whatsoever for technical issues). But worse, before you get the link, the site drags you through a "check-in" with over a dozen questions - same ones every.single.appointment. Has you re-enter PII (your birthdate) every.single.appointment. Wastes clients' time. Insecure. Unnecessarily last-minute. Outrageously high number of potential failure points.
Today was my first appointment with Stephanie. I feel she is a great match for me. I’m looking forward to working with her in the weeks ahead.
