The facility is brand new and super nice and I had a great experience with the provider I saw. She truly listened to what I had to say without judgment or pushing her own opinions or beliefs on me and she and I collectively came up with a treatment plan that we agreed upon. I appreciate the fact that she included me in my opinion in my treatment plan rather than just telling me what she was going to prescribe/recommend for me. I highly recommend LifeStance!
I did not like the automated check-in type of response. If I didn't answer any one of those questions correctly then I could have been thrown out of the system entirely. It was redundant to tell you the truth.
Every doctor I have been to in the past, pretty much all used the same kind of treatment. Dr. Lucas chose a different route that proved to be successful and for that I am completely grateful. Highly recommended.
