I had to cancel because I was sick and they charged me a cancelation fee. I had to cancel another appointment 4 days prior to my appointment and they charged me a cancelation fee AGAIN. Go somewhere else where they actually care about your wellbeing and not about money.

I only had good experiences with everyone that works there!

Booking was easy, as they gave me multiple reminders and links to quickly fill out forms ahead of time and set up zoom.

An horrific experience. First, I went there for screening. The staff on the phone were unhelpful, didn't answer questions, and were unable to send me a virtual appointment follow up link - which meant that even though I'd called a few minutes prior to my appointment to say 'hey, I've not had an appointment link yet' they marked me as a no-show and forced me to pay several hundred dollars. The specialist I saw was distant, unhelpful, and after the receptionists said they couldn't send me a link, said I couldn't see them as they were leaving the practice. It left me with no explanation of my report, and no path to go forward. Now I have a diagnosis and nothing else. (Also, based on discussions with my family doctor, and my therapist, one of the diagnosis is completely inaccurate). Just avoid the pain and suffering.

I have been seeing Janet Cline as my psychologist weekly since 2022. That is a long time to see someone weekly and have consistently respectful, deep, moving, safe, and wise interactions. When I sought her out, I was looking for someone with a lot of experience in very particular areas... 12 steps, spiritual, Internal Family Systems, shadow work, mindfulness, somatic work, someone who was a parent, a woman... I asked for the moon, and I got the moon and all the stars. I am grateful every week that I get access to this wise, grounded, amazing woman who consistently leaves me feeling centered, safe and inhabiting my own body. I thank God for Janet... Just don't flock to her so much that I miss out on my favorite session times...

I had Stephanie Mangual for an appointment about continuing my medication previously prescribed to me at a separate doctor, and she was absolutely lovely! I have never had any appointments previously with LifeStance, but I genuinely had fun talking to her and we joked around and I left feeling heard. I greatly appreciate it, and I would highly recommend!
