I saw Dr. Kyung Lee to establish care and get refills. It’s a great match! Really like him! He put me at east, listened to what I said and gave great feedback and really easy to talk to. He also put in a referral for therapy for coping skills.

Well one visit so far so good!

But the Dr. was nice and just doing his job and my dad is a Dr. so I’m trying not to be biased and listening to my parents whom I both trust and love eternally loop blink wink repeat don’t blink loop laugh wink3 I feel like we collectively can do better than 2 stars if you agree that’s safe and best if we value humans ?

We had an absolutely awful experience with Lifestance and I would advise everyone to find a locally operated private clinic over this corporate chaos. First the telehealth provider was extremely condescending, but we agreed to meet in person at the Tualatin clinic. We had multiple email and text confirmations for this appointment, but when we arrived the office was closed. They then sent a bill for a No Show Fee for the appointment that we DID show to but they were closed!! I called to explain and get this sorted but after 30 minutes on hold and speaking with 2 different people in the phone tree, apparently I couldn’t get to the right person. They wouldn’t even take down my name to look into erasing the wrong charge. We will be ignoring all communications from them moving forward and I highly suggest you avoid this business. EDIT: They apparently have our credit card information and ran the card for $90 No Show Fee. Again, for the appointment we showed up for, but their office was closed. I have called both the number replied below and their main line, and STILL cannot get this resolved. We have disputed the charge with the bank as that is apparently easier than getting a hold of this company.
