Lifestance Health has so many locations and providers that you are pretty much guaranteed to find a match. I have two providers that I meet with regularly virtually, making it even easier and more convenient to get services. I would highly recommend trying Lifestance Health.

Dr. Banerjee is absolutely wonderful. She’s extremely knowledgeable, has vast experience, understood my anxiety concerns and was incredibly thorough answering al my questions and helping me switch to an anxiety medication that’s better for me. I switched over from a previous psychiatric nurse from a different practice because I didn’t feel confident in their recommendations, and now Dr. Banerjee has made me feel like I can fully trust her professional recommendations. So happy to have found her, thank you.

LifeStance has moved to a system where you CANNOT access your link to your Telehealth appointment without providing payment, and it's not possible to pay a custom amount. That means if they get your copay wrong, there is nothing you can do and YOU ARE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. I had to call my local office directly and luckily the receptionist was kind enough to give me the direct zoom ID number for my provider. I don't think I need to explain how disgusting this practice is, and combined with their completely inept billing department, I strongly urge everyone to stay away from them. I have been told twice that my billing issues were resolved, after hour-long phone calls, only to see the next month's bill have an entire new set of errors, even on previous appointments. Even the therapists themselves don't have anyone at the company they can call on behalf of clients, so they don't have any influence. This company is horrible. Please find help elsewhere, for your own sake.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I have been trying to get an appointment with a psychiatrist at this clinic for over two months, after receiving a referral from my doctor. Despite being told I would see a specialist within three days, I have had nothing but delays and setbacks. I scheduled an appointment for 20 days in advance, but when I arrived, instead of seeing the psychiatrist I had booked, I was told I would be seeing a social worker. I went ahead with the session and paid for it, even though it wasn’t what I had originally scheduled. The social worker submitted a referral for a psychiatrist, but after weeks of waiting, I was instead scheduled to see a nurse. I made it clear that I wanted to see a psychiatrist, not a nurse, but my concerns were ignored. The worst part is that my next appointment, which was scheduled for this coming Wednesday (in two days), was just canceled, and I was told it would be moved to an online consultation. I explicitly stated that I did not want online appointments, and yet, this change was made without my consent. At this point, I am still waiting to see the psychiatrist I was referred to, and I am extremely frustrated. It’s been over two months, and I am in a mental health crisis, yet I have received nothing but delays, confusion, and a lack of commitment to my care. This level of disregard for a patient’s mental health is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent care.
