Tried getting my kiddo services and this company refused us service because my son is in foster care!!! I was told by the time an RBT would be available, my kiddo would go back to his mom so we were not worth startIng! I wish Hopelight was still in business because we were with them for 7 years. Rude, condescending and very offensive

Best decision of my life and way better results than any other Neurofeedback clinic ! Saving my life !!!

The neurofeedback treatments and therapy offered by Lighthouse have been a life changer for me. I have been diagnosed with a severe mental health condition that is considered chronic (although I refuse to believe anything other than I will heal from it). It is so difficult to treat my condition that over a dozen therapy providers turned me down or claimed they had no availabilities when I initially reached out in search of a care provider whom could provide any therapy/tools that could help at least help me manage my symptoms a little better. When I first started treatment last summer I was in such terrible shape that I couldn’t even make it through a full session and my mind would completely shut down some days. Caleb showed no judgment, only compassion and understanding & so I kept coming back. Almost a year later, my condition still persists however I am so grateful that God lead me to Caleb Dotson from Lighthouse & my quality of life has improved in several profound ways. Caleb has a versatile knowledge of several mental health treatment approaches & you can feel that he is genuine in his passion to help others heal and improve the lives of his patients. He is an excellent listener, provides honest & constructive feedback and his diverse wheelhouse of treatment approaches allows for a flexibility that is very helpful for myself in particular as my symptoms and struggles from my condition are often different from week to week. Before Lighthouse, I was on the verge of checking myself into a mental health intake facility or giving up completely. 9 months later, my quality of life has improved significantly as has my ability to endure my symptoms & find a space of peace & perspective (that I was lacking previously) that has renewed my love for life and restored hope where I had previously had almost none left. And the neurofeedback combined with breathing exercises always leaves me at the end of my sessions feeling calmer, more centered and is helpful in breaking up the patterns of the persisted symptoms that I experience so that they do not worsen or perpetuate as frequently as they did prior to my treatment. It is amazing to me that there are not more therapy providers that offer neurofeedback services. Although, it has not been a complete cure to my chronic condition, it still provides a very tangible benefit with zero noticeable downsides that makes me wish that I had discovered this technology earlier on when my condition was just starting (I have had my symptoms for 7 years now). I wish I had tried this prior to self-medicating (and even taking SOME of the antipsychotic medications I had been prescribed by a psychiatrist) to attempt to manage my symptoms which may have had counterproductive effects. I know that my situation is extreme but I just wanted anyone reading this to know that this place may have saved my life. 5 stars, please give it a try if you are struggling and know that these guys care about their patients!

We came to Lighthouse after a disastrous experience with another provider; being on Medicaid, I did not have high hopes but had few options. However, in just a few months we saw positive changes in behavior that kept increasing. As a parent, especially one watching their child spiral and having limited resources and ability to stop it, seeing my kid improve and overcome his issues he had for so long was a miracle. We met so many therapists that tried to fit our kids into a diagnosis and therapy box, but the staff at Lighthouse just made it about my child and adjusted to them. I would recommend it to any parent struggling to find a place that puts the kid ahead of a long-winded opinion.

Adam’s team is amazing!! My son has flourished at Lighthouse, his behavior significantly improved and he went from non verbal to putting together complex sentences thanks to nuerofeedback. We have been with them since my son’s diagnosis and we are so blessed to have found them first!

Best place for children with a disability never feel like my child is not taken care of when at the appointments. The staff is absolutely amazing and help not only the child but the parents as well And what they do works! Only time that a hold is put in place is to insure the safety of the child but never leave marks. Nothing but amazing things to say about them and our child loves going to therapy and has been going for years.

Our kids are thriving here. Very grateful to have Lighthouse in our community.
