Lighthouse Pediatric Therapy Partners

My son has improved his speech so much with Ms. Hillary! She makes speech fun and my four year old is always excited for his appointments. We started last summer for twice a week and moved to once a week this school year. She has been so helpful in accommodating our schedule so he can go to appointments after school/work. She communicates about his progress regularly and provides him with practice to do at home to accelerate his progress. We had to stop going for a few months after the last hurricane because my work schedule changed. I noticed that he kept the speech he learned with her, but was not making additional progress. He has been back for about a month and he's already making huge gains again. We live over half an hour away and it is so worth the drive. Highly recommend!

We have used both speech therapy services and tutors at Lighthouse for several years now. Our kids absolutely adore everyone they work with and the proof is in the data. Our kids test scores at school continue to improve, often putting them above grade level expectations. And I can happily report that our son, once unintelligible to unfamiliar people, has graduated from needed speech services. You simply can't get a better outcome than that! Much appreciation to the entire team!

Lighthouse has been so great for my son. We love Staci and Alicia and he looks forward to going each week.

My son, now 6, has been with Ms. Alicia for speech since March of 2022, and he has made leap and bounds in his progress. When we started, most people - even close family - had a very difficult time understanding him. He was quite vocal but blended letters, avoided others, and then there were just some sounds that he couldn't quite get. It was frustrating for him, and was negatively affecting not only his confidence around others but also his introduction to reading. Fast forward to today and he has close to all of his sounds down. I am very glad we chose Lighthouse because it seems there is more than just meeting benchlines and goals in their approach to teaching. My son looks forward to his time with Ms. Alicia - they play games, create art, and work on speech along the way. For a child who typically dislikes anything resembling a curriculum or forced learning, his excitement there is impressive. She makes him happy, which makes me happy. Our time spent at lighthouse with Alicia has been invaluable. I cannot recommend them and specifically her enough. Thank you a million, zillion times.

The best. Compassionate team who listens to your concerns, keeps you informed and connects quickly and effortlessly with kids. My daughter loves going to speech with Hillary and Alicia. We’ve seen vast improvement and love how they help you to best implement / practice at home WITHOUT it feeling like a chore to you or your kids through various activities or games. Highly recommend

We have been with Lighthouse for about 3 years now and I can't say enough about them! The entire staff are so kind and are fully invested in my daughter's success. Her current therapist, Emily, is amazing with teaching AAC devices and is creative and flexible. She comes up with endless ways to keep my daughter engaged.
