Lighthouse Therapy Center of Fort Worth

Wish I could leave a negative star. Total lack of communication! Reached out several times to inquire and initiate ABA therapy for my child. Calls just go to an answering service, after about the 4th call was given email address to one of the owners. Emailed owner expressing interest (again, had already expressed interest when we took a tour and was told to just write my email down) and asking about next steps and if my child was on the waiting list only to be emailed back quickly a short email stating we're on the waiting list and will hear back in about a month. Surprise, surprise it's been well over the month quoted and still haven't heard a single thing. We're moving on. If communication is THIS bad and we haven't even started, I'd be setting my family up for failure to continue down this path.

Amazing staff, kids are always engaged in activities, professional development for our non typical children. My daughter has made incredible progress in less than 1 year. They have a very strong school curriculum within the clinic. We are very thankful to the Director and the staff whom have always supported my daughter and all the children who attend the Lighthouse.
