Anna is amazing & my son loved her & I saw true improvement with her. He always looked forward to going. The poor star rating is due to how the business itself is operated. We went here for well over a year & never had any issues. Then on one random day I received an email saying they were having issues with my insurance & were canceling my son’s appointments. No called to explain the issue, no warning for me to attempt helping to fix the insurance issue, and no offer to pay out of pocket (which we would have done). When I called to express my disappointment there was no apologies, just a half hearted attempt to reschedule him, but by then his day/time had been taken. I do recommend Anna, she is incredible. But, outside of your child’s sessions, you cannot rely on them to communicate effectively & timely.

Money hungry people that don’t actually care about their clients. They treat you like you’re weird if you want to sit in on the sessions for your small non verbal toddler. And will discontinue service if you can’t make every single session as a single parent with real life happening around you. Disgusting experience.

My son has been going to Link2 Speech going on his 3rd year now. Finding this place was a blessing! My son has ABA and Speech Therapy 4 days a week. I was scared and reluctant to drop my baby off for therapy when we first started. Right from the beginning they were willing to work with me to guarantee my child was safe. I could watch sessions on zoom and any time I have ever had a concern it has always been addressed immediately. My son has blossomed here. I can not tell you the difference from when we started until now. Leaps and bounds of growth. He loves it here. He always gives me a big smile and says bye Mama because he knows he is going to get to go play and learn with his friends. I love the small setting. I know my child is not being over looked and is getting everything he needs here. There are also frequent meetings to update you on progress and for you to be able to carry over what they are working on, at home. I highly recommend this place if looking for ABA or speech therapy. It truly has been life changing for my son and I will always be grateful to the therapist for all they have done. ❤️

My son has been with Link 2 Speech for years. We love the staff and provider. They are all so welcoming and friendly. Great place for speech therapy and I couldn't ask for better service!

My son has been seeing the speech therapist Kandace for about a year and a half now. He was 3 when he started and no one could understand anything he said but my husband and I. She has been so so great with him and his improvement has been SO amazing! She teaches us tricks to help him out at home and watching him be able to speak clearly has just been the best! He loves her and can't wait for speech time! Brenda at the front is the sweetest and the owner Kristy is as well. I highly recommend them!

Link2speech is the very best! My son goes for both ABA and speech and has made so many gains in the last year. I love the small family feeling, I know that each person truly cares about my son and want the best for him. He loves going and I love taking him because it is the perfect fit for us. So glad we didn’t choose one of the big ABA centers that have long waiting lists and don’t seem to be as personal.
