Linx Autism Services is definitely one of if not the best by far. The level of care and support from the staff and team is phenomenal, and the impact on the lives of the individuals they serve is not only seen and felt, but also life changing. They are certainly great at demonstrating love in the simplest of ways, and that says a lot without even having to say anything. Great job guys! Keep loving and serving.
Very professional and attentive. 100% recommended.

Initial interactions were great, the staff (Vanessa) was responsive to calls and emails. Scheduled an initial eval (4 week wait) filled out the 27 pg document for history and medical information. Meet with an evaluator at my house, she was nice and professional. Then 2 to 3 weeks passed without hearing anything, I called (left a VM.) Vanessa returned the call the next day and said that someone would reach out shortly for next steps and to schedule. Couple days go bye then, Friday evening at 6:30 I get an email saying that they do not have the resources to treat my daughter (Which is a boy) because of her complexity's. That's it. I emailed back and asked if they had the correct person since they misidentified my son multiple times during the email. They confirmed that they placed the wrong gender in the email and that the email was directed to us. I asked for clarity on their reasoning so that we could be upfront with other potential caretakers in the future, Vanessa did call back and said that someone should reach out in the next few days to address this email. 2 weeks later and nothing. STAY AWAY FIND ANOTHER PLACE, and I will be filling a complaint with my PRIVATE insurance company.
