Both of my kids are autistic so I have seen my fair share of clinics and in-home therapy providers. We’ve had a good experience at Little Rainbow! I like their facilities and neurodiversity-affirming approach. Both kids receive occupational therapy (with Sydney and Andrea) and music therapy (with Dani). They’ve steadily gained skills while having fun, and my family feels supported here.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for pediatric therapy services for their child! Also a great resource for all families!!

Katie and Sydney are truly the kind of people who were meant to do this work. From the moment you walk into Little Rainbow Pediatric Therapy, you can feel the care, patience, and intention behind everything they do. They have an incredible ability to connect with children exactly where they are—making occupational therapy feel safe, engaging, and even fun, while still delivering meaningful progress. Their knowledge and professionalism are exceptional, but what really sets them apart is how deeply child-centered their approach is. They take the time to understand each child as an individual, communicate clearly with families, and create a supportive environment where kids can build confidence and skills at their own pace. You never feel rushed—only genuinely supported. If you’re looking for pediatric occupational therapy that is compassionate, thoughtful, and truly impactful, Little Rainbow Pediatric Therapy is an absolute gem. Not the experience I would want for anyone.

We had such a wonderful experience with Little Rainbow! Sydney basically bent over backwards to accommodate our unique needs for my son’s speech therapy. The facility is wonderful— they have a gym that my son loves. He genuinely enjoyed his sessions each week. Katie and Caela were both kind, knowledgeable and skilled therapists. I was very impressed with his progress, even after only a short ten weeks. I couldn’t recommend them more! Five stars is not enough!

This place would be at the bottom of the list for me, if that. Would not recommend. Plenty of other places in town that will treat you better.

I can’t ever refer Little Rainbow and their amazing team of therapists enough!! My oldest son receives speech and OT and the progress he’s made has been mind blowing to watch!! Every person here is so friendly and personable and they take the time and put in the work to build that bond with my son! The extra classes they offer throughout the year are also a huge benefit and perk for our kiddos too! We personally see Mrs. Caela for speech and Miss Andrea for OT. First off they are just all around good people!! The care and dedication they put into their work, their eagerness to keep learning new therapies or techniques, and their desire to change lives is something that can be hard to find in this community, and somehow Little Rainbow managed to find and put together one of the best teams of therapists here in Tucson! I have 2 children on the autism spectrum and one of the biggest and hardest things I deal with personally as a parent is making sure whomever my children are being taken care of by, taught by, treated by, etc. that they feel comfortable with that person, that they build some sort of relationship with that person. Because if they’re not comfortable to be themselves and that trust can’t be built, progress can be difficult to achieve. Knowing that the team at Little Rainbow has those same values and takes the time to get to know your kiddo, and takes the time to build that trust and comfortability with them is a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders! My son loves going to see Mrs. Caela & Miss Andrea and it took no time at all for him to build that relationship with them, every week he asks “speech with Caela today?” 🤯😍 Their communication skills are excellent, if I ever have a question or need help with my son’s AAC device they’re always quick to respond and help me out! I also love that they are open to working with or communicating with my sons other therapist like his BCBA for example that he receives elsewhere to make sure that we’re all on the same page and understand what my son should be implementing and working on while in ABA to achieve speech and OT goals. Seeing my child go from sayin 2-5 single words or just pointing to now saying multiple 2- 4word phrases, hearing him communicate, hearing HIS voice, and being able to communicate with him functionally is something at one point in time thought would never happen, I could never be more grateful for the team here at Little Rainbow and the difference they’ve made and continue to make in my sons and our families lives!
