Dr. Emily is great. She genuinely cares for my daughter and her development. She’s 6 and we’re working specifically on tippy toe walking.
I’ve visited several places, but none of them satisfied me until I discovered this one. My son eagerly anticipates coming here. He’s made remarkable progress in his fine motor skills, emotional regulation, and independence. The friendly and helpful front desk staff is a great asset. I highly recommend Ms. Catie for Occupational Therapy. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and explains the progress made and the activities we can do at home to reinforce it. This place is truly worth the investment!
Thank you to all the staff at Little Steps in Park Ridge! The facility is very nice, easy to access and parking is plentiful. Dr. Melissa Fuentes provided excellent and thorough care during our 2 year old’s first appointment. She is excited to come back! We also appreciate the outstanding customer service from the office staff- thank you Holly and Diane!
Ms. Jess, one of the OTs, is terrific! Heather (their office manager) is also always super helpful when it comes to scheduling! Have been coming here for over a year, and have had the best experience
My four year old has been attending OT sessions with Ms. Renata for a few months now and we have seen amazing progress. She is able to dress herself and has worked through several sensory aversions. Mr. Jay has made the scheduling process seamless and cares about the patients and their parents.
Little Steps was able to accommodate my schedule and get my son in quickly for OT. He loves going and is already benefiting from his sessions there after just over a month.
Ms Ewa has been amazing with my son. He started off only army crawling and is now running. We are so thankful.
Little Steps has been an absolute blessing to my family! Everyone is kind, the building is clean, and my children feel comfortable. For the first time my son has been able to climb at the park, and while that may sound like an everyday kid that it is a huge step for my son. He was finally able to go play with his twin without my help. I had tears in my eyes and love the support that we have received at Little Steps in Arlington Heights! Special shout out to Miss Ewa and Miss Elaina!
