Two years on a "one-year" waitlist with zero communication. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication at this facility. I was originally told the waitlist for speech therapy would be 6 months to a year. It has now been two full years, and I am still waiting. The most frustrating part is the lack of follow-up. When I called to get an update or some clarity on the situation, I was told I would receive a call back. That call never came. It feels as though they do not take their patients' needs seriously. If you are looking for timely care or a team that communicates effectively, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Loves them until they lied to us saying they took our new insurance but they really didn’t now we are stuck with a insurance we can’t use and have to get on another wait list to find a new provider.
It's a great place to take children for speech, occupational, and ABA therapy. They have a great support staff, especially Jasmin, a wonderful assistant who helps answer all your questions. Thank you, Little Tesla team!
Little tesla is a very nice, hygienic and well equiped center. They give great attention to my kids and always follow up. They’re very accommodating with my schedule, which I truly appreciate. The therapists are so sweet, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
I couldn’t have picked a better place for my son to receive his therapy sessions at the staff is so nice and the place is so clean and most importantly my son is happy , he loves it and has a great bond with his therapist
