Very disappointed, i had a great ABA tech but she left, then after a few months they sent me a 18 year old tech with no experience, she literally just followed my son around the house didn’t talk to him or do anything she barely speaker English, my son was having a tantrum and she asked me why is he acting like this? She then hid in my child’s room to call her supervisor and then just left? I haven’t had a ABA tech in 7 months I been waiting for a call back, I had Zoey as a supervisor and she was always “sick” and unable to call me or text me back. I leave so many messages and never got a call back. Don’t waste your time with this company. They don’t care.

I have nothing but good things to say about this agency! My godson started receiving services shortly after receiving his Autism diagnosis. Although it was a scary experience, they have been nothing but supportive and successful at making our family feel at ease. Dr. Livanis and his technicians are knowledgable and informative. They pride themselves on building a strong rapport with families and making parents feel included throughout the process. Dr. Livanis and his team is making a difference in our kids' lives!!! I highly recommend!

This agency provides exceptional services and has had a significant positive impact on my little cousin's development. He has been enrolled at the agency for a few months now and my family couldn't be happier with the results. The supervisors and therapists are highly skilled and knowledgeable.They take the time to really understand his unique needs and use that to create a personalized treatment plan.The therapists are patient, compassionate, and create a nurturing environment that makes my cousin and our family feel comfortable and supported. Amazing resource for kids with autism. I can't recommend this agency enough!!!

This agency has been such a blessing. They go above and beyond for your kids and are such a great and helpful resource for children with autism. The therapists are all so patient and kind, and really involve the parents in the therapy to assure that it is working beyond the therapy session. The therapists are amazing at what they do, and I cannot recommend this agency enough. It’s tough to find trustworthy and reliable therapists to trust with your kids, but I would choose this agency every time.

Disappointed. Was pre-approved for services in June of this year, met with an assessor at this time as well. Was then placed in line to receive services for my son. After updating insurance and getting that approved as well, was told we'd be starting up services. Four months after being assessed, still no services and no return correspondence.
