I initially left a negative review because of a series of billing/insurance issues, but I just got word that the problem has been solved! I wanted to update my review because despite the billing problem, my sessions with Dr. Lyle were very helpful and she was really easy to talk to.

Filled intake forms and have not been contacted. Recommend finding another service.

I went for an intake appointment in February. This office is in network for me and they were supposed to file a claim for my appointment. It has been 7 months (and counting) and they still have not filed the claim. I honestly wonder if I have been scammed. Be aware that if you go to this office you will probably have a lot of headaches dealing with insurance. The quality of care is not worth it to deal with this hassle. Update: I finally got them to file the claim for me in October. They billed me $175 in February, but billed my insurance $145 and I was only supposed to pay $65. Basically, this company overcharged me $110 for one appointment and I only found out after getting them to file the claim. I don’t know if they are committing fraud or if it’s just incompetence. Either way STAY AWAY!!!
