I called to see if my insurance would be accepted annd was told that i would get a call back. Evidently they don''t accept medicare because i never heard back. Stay Away!

As both a professional and someone in recovery, I visited Longbranch and was genuinely impressed by what they are building. The program is run by people in recovery, which creates an environment of understanding, respect, and dignity for those they serve. Longbranch takes a truly holistic approach to treatment. Wellness and yoga are fully integrated into care, with the yoga instructor included as part of the treatment team. The accommodations are some of the best in the area, and the kitchen and meals are outstanding. What really sets Longbranch apart is their low caseloads for social workers, allowing for meaningful relationships and real connection with each peer. Overall, Longbranch offers compassionate, high quality, and human centered care. I would confidently recommend them.

Longbranch Recovery and Wellness Center has been truly life-changing for me. I completed an extended outpatient program there in 2022, and I’ll be celebrating 4 years of sobriety on 2/1/26. I honestly don’t think I’d be where I am today without the support, structure, and genuine care I received at Longbranch. Josh was amazing—insightful, supportive, and real. Heather was absolutely perfect; her yoga sessions every other week were such an important part of my healing, helping me reconnect with my body and calm my mind. The overall program is strong, thoughtful, and very well run. You can tell the staff truly care about their patients, not just while they’re in treatment, but long after. The alumni program is top-notch and very active, with fun, meaningful activities that help keep you connected and supported in recovery. I also highly recommend the Next Steps program. It’s voluntary, but it gives that extra level of accountability and support after program completion that can make all the difference. Chet really brought Next Steps to a new level, and Jordan has picked up the reins and is doing a great job keeping it going. If you or a loved one is struggling with substance use, I strongly recommend Longbranch. They don’t just treat addiction—they invest in people and walk alongside you in building a better life.

This treatment facility completely changed my life for the better. At the age of 21 when I came here I was terrified and did not want to change. The program at Longbranch allowed me to grow and accept my addiction for myself and taught me ways in which I could live a happy and sober life. From process groups to book studies I learned so much about myself and the disease of alcoholism. Thanks to Lonbranch, I picked up 3 years sober on February 16, 2025.

Longbranch was life changing for me in many ways, I owe them so much for the help, support and wisdom I gained. The staff was amazing and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I succeeded in my journey.

Longbranch was not my first treatment center. But it was by far the most unique experience I had in treatment. And the most successful as well. The approach of treating the whole person stood out to me from very early on. I recommend it without reservation! I feel I owe it my life!

Longbranch Recovery & Wellness is an incredible facility for addiction rehabilitation in the New Orleans area. They have assembled an impressive team of specialists who provide world-class treatment and therapy, especially to our military and veterans. Getting to know the team at Longbranch has been comforting, knowing they go above and beyond for their patients, and take great care to ensure the families are supported as well. Alcohol and opiate addiction recovery takes empathy and patience, and I am grateful this team is available to serve the community.

Longbranch Recovery & Wellness Center is a great facility with a very capable staff that took special care of my loved one. Longbranch has a great environment, walking in we felt immediately welcomed by the staff who patiently answered all my questions. Counselors are amazing and the support staff is available for every need. We felt safe and knew this was the place to be since we are both committed to be on the right path of recovery.
