Lady at the front desk is really rude. Never even made it in the door.

I was just referred by my sons doctor to Lopez-Addison therapy in gretna but I don’t see them in Gretna only in Metairie I just wanted to know if it by chance closed down or anything ?

I am truly grateful for the time you spent with my son. It was an excellent time and very helpful for him. Your dedication to caring for my son has influenced his way of speaking and his daily development. I just want to say thank you so much for what you did for my son.

Red Flag: They prefer the parent to not be in the sessions. Highly concerned on exactly what’s going on and what therapy is actually being conducted back there.

You called the insurance company today Mr Addison and you made my day with your conversation. Thank you for being so factual yet so comical all at once. It was most definitely a pleasure talking to you. Thank you for all the services you provide to the community. May God continue to bless you and your family.

I feel happy for the performance that each of the therapists demonstrate with the children they serve. There is no doubt that they demonstrate their love for their vocation every day! I feel satisfied and grateful for everything my son has achieved. The progress that is shown day by day is surprising. Thanks for excellent work. Blessings

If I could give zero stars, I would! I highly do not recommend this company! Addison is a very sneaky woman. This company forged paperwork to SSI, made comments about how if I apply for my son, who suffers with seizures, it will keep him from getting a job when he is older. She said this to stop SSI from coming to look over their paperwork! They refused to give me a doctor's note for my son, who I kept home to attend their session when they called me last minute to notify me that the therapist had an emergency situation and would not be there. They dropped the ball on that one because did not even have anything available that day to reschedule him but said because he did not have a session they could not give me a note. How is that on us when your therapist did not show up? Another situation was when I came to his next session, I requested a note in person to make up for his previous session, Addison took me to her office where she attempted to belittle me and asked for my son school nunber to contact the school to check if he could not check in after his appointment time without a note! The nerve of you! You are a SPEECH THERAPIST! NOT SOCIAL SERVICES! Please avoid this company, they are very unprofessional and untrustworthy with their intentions with your child!

I absolutely love their services! My son speech has improved so much! I especially love his speech therapist Kristen Malakai. She is so kind and patient with my son. He adores her so much! I would definitely recommend this speech therapy office to anyone!
