The schedule a time for you to call you call at that time wait for a hour before a person answers says they are transferring you then thirty minutes later hold music goes off you hear someone typing and cough you say hello and your put on a silent hold for 5 hrs before your disconnected then you try again on hold for another hour and 40 minutes for someone to finally answer and you start your appt then five minutes later pretend like the can’t hear you because it’s now 3 minutes til the office closes and they hang up on you

Waited 4 hours Monday, 1 hour 42 mins Tuesday, and now 2 hours 32 minutes still on hold today. And yet was told I missed my interview. What a joke.

Terrible service and absolutely horrible communication. The telephone communication is deplorable, and dealing with this establishment involves nothing but unnecessary loops and hoops. The level of unprofessionalism is extremely frustrating, both in the way this business operates and in how it permits its employees to conduct themselves. This experience was unacceptable and a complete waste of time. If it were feasible, I would seriously consider pursuing civil action due to the repeated disregard for my time and the manner in which this matter was handled. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Overall, this location requires significant restructuring and a staff that demonstrates professionalism and accountability

All I can say is the lady who assisted me at the window was pleasant and very kind.

Why does it always take them hours to answer the phone?

This is where you come when you're too poor for this world. Probably gonna have an influx of people with this current administration.
