Loving Cup Kids Academy of Lorain

This daycare truly cares about every single child that walks through their door. The staff is so great with the kids. The facility is very clean and organized and every room set up perfectly for each age group. You can tell they truly care and are committed to giving the very best childcare!

I love them. The Staff Is nice. Ms Brittany is the best. When I toured the facility she ensured we were comfortable. Definitely recommend this daycare.

Nothing but horrible experiences. When I toured the daycare I informed them that I had a 3 year old who I was in the process of getting a autism diagnosis, they communicated telling me they could accommodate to my daughter and her needing redirection. On the first day there calling me telling me that they can’t except my daughter because of her needing redirection. I called another branch of loving cup and odjfs both directed me to speak with the licensing department because I felt as if my daughter was being discriminated against. in retaliation 2 weeks later CPS is at my door stating I abuse and neglect my twin boy who were also enrolled in the facility. Then they also reported to CPS that they found weed stuck to my child. I operate a front end loader and get drug tested for my job, I come from a family of former Lorain police officers drugs and abuse are not a thing in my household and never will be. This company has slandered me and tried to rip my family apart in there malicious attempts to get back at me for my knowledge of laws and advocating for my developmentally delayed daughter. Please save your children from this discriminative and hostile facility.

I would give this place a zero if I could..... Rats crawling in the food, lack of supervision, owner spending the food money on his self while kids are given scraps that rats crawl in.... A previous worker told me they would send my child home on purpose because he wouldn't sit still and the owner spent money given to the center on his wedding ! My child always had marks, scraps, bruises all over him but I was one getting him every other day ....His socks turned black everyday he went there so the place def not cleaned and bugs crawling up the walls, water leaking through ceiling, one area of building has no heat in the winter, the toddlers are overran by older kids picking them up, carrying them and hurting them. It is aweful! Zero stars

Uncoordinated Daycare unprofessional very disrespectful and they are supposed to provide transportation to school Ages they could so they kicked my kids out.
