Lucid Behavior

This place is amazing. When my son first started working with Bridgette I couldn't go anywhere without a sweater because everyone thought I was a demestic violence victim. But little did they know the bruise's were from my 3 year old. My son is now 11 and has a new diagnosis thanks to Bridgette reaching out to see if anyone had any ideas and got him the diagnosis that made all the puzzle pieces start to come together where I'm actually starting to have him respond when I ask him things. Who new selective mutism and autism can happen together. Thanks to this wonderful company I get to see who he really is. Lucid/ Bridgette changed our families lives for the better and I can not thank them enough.

Lucid behavior has been so amazing for my kids. My kids have learned so much and I have learned how to help them. The staff at lucid is nothing but the best. Amazing people to work with. Bridgette went above and beyond calling the insurance for months until they finally accepted my kids. Before lucid I went through another company and that experience was just terrible. No communication no answers to any of my questions just terrible to work with. Hands down lucid is the company you want to use to get the help your kids deserve.

A little over 2 years ago I was panicking because I could not find any in home services for my son that accepted our insurance. The owner of Lucid (Bridgette) took it upon herself to not only personally reach out to me and get my son a spot with them, but also took the time to contract with our insurance so that getting him services wouldn’t be an astronomical out of pocket expense for us which is what we were looking at otherwise. Lucid has always gone above and beyond for us and has been consistently accommodating in ways that have far exceeded any reasonable expectations. Every BT we’ve worked with both in home and in clinic has been nothing short of exceptional. They really see and treat their clients like family rather than just business. My son has made more progress than I genuinely believed was possible in his time with them and I’m so excited to see his continued growth.

We’ve been with Lucid for 3yrs with our older son. This is one of the few companies that will take older kids in their teens. The owner has been amazing with us and helped us through an extremely challenging time with school. It was so helpful to have the extra support! We’ve also had some great progress with home goals. I appreciate their open minded and collaborative approach!

In my 13 year+ journey of ABA in-home and clinical therapy with some of the bigger companies in our area like Northwest Autism Center, Lilac City Behavioral Services and SOAR, Lucid also served my family. My son has needed different help over the years and with different needs and wait lists, Lucid was our most recent company that served him. Our BT was amazing as was our BCBA. The owner personally bent over backward guiding me through the enrollment process and promptly started our services. It was a bittersweet day when my son was able to graduate from Lucid's services but he was able to go to school full time. Thank you for your service to my son, family and the community.

We have had to beat experience with Lucid. We doing home therapy and the owner and Lucid have been amazing for my son. They are always there when we are experiencing new behaviors and make made amazing progress with my son. 100% recommend them.
