First facts! I am not a new patient!! Actually I am patient zero!! My first appointment you could still smell the sawdust of new construction. One phone and a legal pad with an older gentleman who looked like he wanted to be somewhere else lol. Seen, taken care of, always considered my own input into my treatment plan. 7 years of consistent treatment medicine refills on time with proper dosage and CORRECT pharmacy. I walked into my appointment 6 months ago with Dr Ballew quietly retired and something called ‘Lumera’ was making my medical decisions. I do not care why Dr Ballew ‘retired’. But she was COMPETENT! Her STAFF consistent. Now you go days struggling to have your medications called in with 72 hour notice and still be left waiting on a Friday only to be told they left at noon and maybe you should be grateful u are a patient, I have never searched on Google how to leave a review, I am not the customer that returns a dinner plate even if it is burned. But I will leave my complaint here. Get out of the business of treating mental health if you cannot on a consistent basis treat your patients Get out if lack of competence is construed as the patient is better ng dramatic for waiting a week for a late refill. Get out if the ‘call center representative placates you into believing it is your fault. The only reason I stay is because my therapist is the only thing that is still nailed down! When I walk into and she is gone I would definitely be leaving. Do not send a loved one to Lumera until they have had consistent treatment prior to attending what I would name: The Cattle Call Sincerely Patient Zero
Scheduling a telehealth appointment online (an intake) only for my therapist to not show up was quite disappointing
Good place to communicate .They are helpful take time work thur stuff . And pick me up for IOP
I had to do a psych evaluation and the only problem I had while I was there was that I waited a month to get in to see him. And then they said, I could do one of those zoom conferences, and then when it came down to the day to do the Zoom, they said, nope, I had to come in in person, I had to wait another two weeks, so it delayed what I needed to get done with the evaluation.
