The staff are one of the most important and influential parts of any recovery center. With people like Rebecca N. on their team, I know clients are receiving quality care and support.

The staff members at Luna go above and beyond for their clients and they make you feel safe, cared for and welcomed. The program director here has helped me in so many ways to be the sober woman I am today.

This program is such a great option for women and it can be tough to find programs that are not co-ed. This provides a safe place for women to truly get well! The staff here amazing and they really care about the success of their clients!

The staff at Luna are exceptional, and the community they have cultivated is truly remarkable. The clinicians, case managers, and program director demonstrate a consistently warm and compassionate approach in supporting women through their recovery journeys. It is clear that the strength of the community is a direct reflection of their dedication and care. This environment offers a genuine opportunity for healing. Each star in my rating is a testament to the remarkable women who provide daily, hands-on support to every client with professionalism and heartfelt commitment. While my experience has been largely positive, I am unable to give a 5-star rating due to concerns regarding the executive director’s conduct. Unfortunately, there has been a pattern of unfair treatment toward clients on her behalf. On more than one occasion, I have personally observed clients being overridden or even excluded from the decision-making process regarding their care plans. This lack of transparency and inclusiveness is troubling and does not reflect the standard of care one should expect in such a setting. Despite these concerns, I remain deeply grateful for the compassion and dedication shown by the frontline staff. Their commitment to creating a supportive, healing environment is truly commendable. I hope that future leadership decisions will better reflect the values upheld by the rest of the team, as this program has the potential to be exceptional in every respect.

Truly Life-Changing Care I cannot say enough positive things about Luna Recovery Center. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel supported, safe, and truly cared for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed to each individual’s healing journey. They take the time to understand your unique situation and tailor a recovery plan that actually works. The environment is warm, welcoming, and free of judgment — which made all the difference in helping me open up and start to heal. The therapists and counselors are exceptional, and the holistic approach they use really helped me reconnect with myself on all levels — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I left Luna not only feeling stronger in my recovery but also feeling empowered and hopeful for my future. If you or a loved one is looking for a place that truly puts people first and provides real tools for lasting recovery, Luna is the place. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for me and my family.

Going here was a pivotal life experience for me. When I arrived at Luna I was in an existential spiral with no direction, drained, broken, lost, and lonely (that didn’t last long after starting Luna let me tell you these girls won’t let you be lonely). Here I was given different tools that I used to break myself down and slowly build myself back up stronger. I have a new zest for life that was breathed into me by positive coping skills, a loving and compassionate staff (Luna girls if you’re reading this I love you all very much), and about 30 women telling me every day that It’s ok to have my feelings and that I deserve to be happy. If you’re a woman reading this review trying to figure out if Luna would help you, I would absolutely say give it a try. Put the time aside to show up for yourself. Open up, sit with your feelings, try all the coping skills they give you (yes even the silly sounding ones believe it or not they can help), feel all your feelings then let them go, accept help when you need it, and take care of yourself because you deserve it. My time at Luna ended, but the self-love journey has just begun. It’s a journey every woman deserves to go on, and I’m very grateful to Luna for getting me on that path 🩷

This program SAVED MY LIFE! What these women have started here, is an absolute GOD SEND! The staff is so invested in your recovery, they truly care about you and your journey and will do ANYTHING to help you in your recovery. The women in the groups are so raw and honest, they are so supportive you feel so safe and understood. I never thought a program for my drinking and mental health would ever work for me, but this facility has given me a sense of peace I have not felt in a very long time! They are giving me all the tools I need to realign my path and feel confident in my recovery again. I cry tears of sadness and tears of joy, it is soul cleansing! If you are on the fence on starting a program I promise you, Luna will take such good care of you. I have never felt so heard, so safe, so cared about - ESPECIALLY in a group of women - than I have at Luna. Your journey is their journey and you will never want to leave once you begin! Thank you to EVERY WOMAN I met here - staff and clients - for the beautiful healing program you’ve given me. I came here scared and fearful of change, I will leave here with amazing supportive friends and all the tools and skills I’ll need to get back to functioning in a life that is not easy, but I am so confident in myself to face it all now because of Luna. Would (and have) recommend to any women struggling with mental health and/or addiction struggles. ❤️ Thank you so much Luna recovery staff!
