We love Shannon and Dennis. They truly have become part of our family. They love our babies like their own and my dogs absolutely know when we’re going to auntie Shannon’s. They get sooo excited as soon as we pull up to the facility. It is always so clean and well kept. We have a young high strung cane corso and a geriatric lab mix with arthritis and they’re accommodating to both dogs needs. They also offer some great extras if you really want to pamper your pooches.

Our Cavaliers were so well cared for! Not sure they wanted to come home. Would definitely recommend!

The process to get my dogs in was very easy. Videos are sent to let you know how it all works!! I was the anxious mom that was taking my dogs to their first day of school. Shannon was awesome in keeping me updated and sent me videos of how my pups were doing!! Our pups must have had fun as they came home and was so chill and relaxed!!! Definitely will be back

Luxury unleashed is thee best! I have never met someone so compassionate and genuinely exuding so much love and care for dogs. My Willow pillow is a German shepherd mix. She provided me with insight on her behavior and took the time to discuss options to improve it. I could tell from our first conversation that Shannon is very knowledgeable and confident in the work she does. I am just so happy that we connected, she provided reassurance that I needed to hear. I am a loyal customer of Luxury Unleashed, where I take my energetic wolfhound-lab mix puppy for play care and my senior dog for boarding. Luxury Unleashed offers both services with great quality and convenience. I love how they are always open and flexible, even for last-minute bookings or changes. Their online reservation system is user-friendly and efficient, and their self-service drop-off and pick-up is hassle-free. My puppy enjoys the weekly play care sessions, where he gets to run around in a spacious fenced yard and play games with other dogs. I have received many adorable and hilarious photos of him and his friends from the staff. My senior dog also feels comfortable and well-cared for when he stays there. I highly recommend Luxury Unleashed to anyone looking for a reliable and fun place for their dogs.

Some of the most kind hearted couple I have ever met! They take such great care of your pets! Clean environment and a huge yard for your babies to play in. You can feel the compassion! Highly highly recommend! 10/10.

Have peace of mind when you are away! I highly recommend Luxury Unleashed. It is worth every cent to know your pups are safe, happy, being well cared for and pampered. Shannon took wonderful care of our three dogs while we were away for 8 days. They were able to be together in a homey cottage and were able to play outside multiple times a day. Shannon fed them according to our detailed request and we were able to message her and check in on them. The pictures she sent reassured us they were having a great time at Luxury Unleashed while we were away.

I don't know about your dogs, but mine are solid in their understanding that they are royalty. We have one that knows he's a prince, one that carries proof she's a princess, and one that's known as Baby Gus. You probably get the idea. These dogs live the high life at home, and thanks to Shannon, they live the high life when we're away also. They're loved, spoiled, and played with throughout their stay. As if the pictures and videos Shannon provides aren't proof enough, they're always happy to return. Knowing they're happy when we're away makes travel bearable. I wouldn't leave my dogs anywhere else, with Shannon, they're family (Royal Family).
