I believe the low star ratings are from years ago. We have been beyond pleased with the treatment and services provided by an amazing team! They are part of our educational team invited to the school process by us as they not only understand but truly care about the child!
I don't have any association or personal experience with this place as of yet but I happened to be driving down baker Rd ironically just after mentioning my thoughts and personal connection with this subjects appearance. Which I can say that happens way to much to not come to a awareness of that there is a undeniable strong guiding ability in my words or something weird.. anyway I must say that the actual appearance and awareness of this place as I sit in my car and write this, has a very strong feeling in a few ways on me not in mind but deep in my souls awareness of it. Kinda honestly freaks me out although at 1st sight very appealing and desireable Anyway back on track due to MLK day it's not in full swing but some vehicles are present so I am going to go see if anyone is here and see if I can sit here in my car or what because I am just totally exhausted and need a place to just be. Ya I know it's quite in fact puzzling God bless and I apologize for my rambling on. In Jesus Christ name Amen
HORRIBLE. I can't speak specifically to the treatment because I couldn't even get a full phone call completed. I called to inquire about services and the female that answers the "Operator" option was by far the rudest person I have ever encountered while looking for ASD services. Repeatedly became verbally aggressive and loud while I was trying to ask questions about their program. When I informed her that we wouldn't seek services even when the individual in need was "eligible" due to how unwelcoming and rude she was being she yelled, "YEAH WELL YOU ARE RUDE BYE!" I am seriously baffled as to who is allowing her to be the main point of contact for the company - and if this is her company, even more reason to stay away. Holy smokes...unbelievable!
Diagnosed my kids as not having asd when it’s clear as day they are only looking for one type of asd not looking at whole picture. Got a new testing done afterwards and to find out they have it and now on top of that my son had a speech and reading problem even tho they scored him super high and new test scored him way below average. Nice ppl kinda until the one told me all my kids issues they have is because of the way I raise them. Wrong!
