I had an excellent experience with Taylor at Madden Therapy. Even though I only initially submitted an intake form to see whether my baby might need services after a tongue tie release, Taylor went above and beyond. She stayed in contact with me, was incredibly responsive, and took the time to address my concerns thoughtfully. I was especially worried about my baby developing bottle aversion, and Taylor didn’t dismiss those concerns at all. She provided guidance and referred me to additional resources that could help, even before we officially started any services. As a parent, that level of care, reassurance, and follow-through meant so much. It’s clear that Taylor truly cares about families and babies, not just booked appointments. I’m very grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to other parents looking for knowledgeable, compassionate care.

My daughter was a patient of Madden Therapy for a few months as a young baby. We had two incredible specialists, Ally and Stephanie. They are truly angels. They cared so much for my daughter, her goals, and my family. When I would feel discouraged about progress, they were both so supportive and always had suggestions and encouragement. They made my daughter feel so comfortable. I would recommend them many many many times to whoever is needing services.

We started working with Madden Occupational Therapy in early 2025, and the impact on my son has been nothing short of life-changing. Before beginning therapy, my son was struggling significantly with sensory and emotional regulation issues. The progress he has made under the guidance of Amanda has been remarkable. Amanda is a truly fantastic therapist; she possesses a genuine gift for connecting with children and helping them navigate their challenges. Her approach has not only improved my son's ability to regulate his emotions and sensory input but has also boosted his overall confidence and well-being. We also want to extend a special thank you to Renee, the billing manager. Navigating the documentation for the Step Up program can be complex, but Renee has been incredibly helpful in organizing all the necessary paperwork. Her efficiency and support have made this process smooth and stress-free. We are so grateful for the exceptional care and support provided by the entire team at Madden Occupational Therapy. They have made a profound difference in our lives.

She is extremely on her game and makes me feel like she sees my child as a whole versus just focusing on one thing at a time. She involves the parents as needed and also provides a lot of education and insight for home activities to make your therapy session worth it. We are very impressed. Amanda (OT) and Andrea (ST) are the best therapists we have ever had for our son! He has been in therapy for three years and we’ve been in three different clinics. The leap my son has made during his time with Madden is incredible.

My 7 year old daughter has been doing Myofunctional therapy with Andrea for a couple months now and I cannot say enough about how amazing she has been! My daughter looks forward to going every week and loves practicing because of Andrea's encouragement. She works with her on every aspect of her speech all while making her comfortable. I leave every week feeling positive and more knowledgeable then the previous week! Thank you Andrea!

We use Madden Therapy for occupational and speech therapy. Amanda and Maddie have been wonderful, and we highly recommend! Their office staff is also wonderful!

We have used Madden Therapy for my son’s speech and occupational therapy over the course for the last 2 years. We cannot sing enough praises for this practice. Andrea was absolutely wonderful for speech therapy. She was able to come to our house weekly for sessions which made it that much easier on our young family at that time. Alicia for occupational therapy has brought my son so much confidence. She made us aware of the certain sensory issues he was having after the initial evaluation and in just a few short months we and his teachers started to see great strides in his coping strategies, fine motor skills and even eating food he typically didn’t like. Without a doubt I would use Madden Therapy again
