Madison Behavior Therapy- Providence/Huntsville

No one answers the phone and when I go up to the office no one there. If by any chance the office move to another location then they really need to update.

The MBT team has been amazing to work with. My autistic daughter has gone here for some time now and everything we have asked MBT to work with her on has seen success, such as toilet training, reducing extreme behaviors from things that trigger her, and encouraging her to communicate to us. I honestly don't have any complaints about MBT and were very happy with how much progress my daughter has made since starting here.

We waited 3.5 months for an intake appointment that they scheduled as a Google Meet at 6pm in the evening. We were never sent the link. We called and emailed the office after waiting 20 minutes. Finally a link was sent to join the meet. We were in the meeting for over 40 minutes when nobody ever joined. Sent another email and was told that someone would call us the next morning to reschedule. After waiting until almost noon for a reschedule, I called and spoke to the owner who was supposed to do our intake the night before. She said that she was on the meet until 6:15 and we never showed. I explained that we were emailing our contact person and they must have been having some technical difficulties because we were available and waiting. She said that they were doing these later appointments as a favor to families. I never requested an evening appointment. If they are going to do evening appointments, they should give clearer instructions about when they are going to email the link so that the family knows what to expect. At 6pm we were still waiting to be emailed per the instructions that they gave us. The whole situation was very odd and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I've heard good things about their office but there are definitely some issues that they need to work. Also, I feel strongly about a person accepting responsibility for their mistakes. That never happened in this whole ordeal. I followed all the instructions given to me and was in contact with their office the day before.

We have been very happy with MBT. We have been clients for almost three years now and have been very happy. They have been there supporting us and our children for some of our hardest times. The owner and team have gone above and beyond to make sure our children can be as successful in life as they are able to. Our children have made so much improvement. Thank you to an awesome team!!

My grandson has made great strides since beginning therapy at MBT. We love everyone associated with his therapy.

My ASD toddler attends ABA therapy at MBT five days a week, and has made tremendous strides since she began. The staff at MBT - every single one of them - have showered her with love, and are teaching her, and us, invaluable tools for helping us bridge the gap. I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing work they do, and the love they show my daughter.
