These guys are AMAZING!!! There were times that I had never felt so much pain in my life but they got me through it and helped me reach my goals. I cannot recommend them enough! The entire team is wonderful! Thank y'all for everything you did for me!!

Talking about lasting first impressions; my first impression was the staff is serious about professional service with a smile. The entire staff never wavered from the excellent service I grew to expect. This facility has all the imaginable equipment needed to help anyone recover from an orthopedic surgery or injury. The equipment is only as good as the operator and each therapist took time to demonstrate and monitor the patients for correct performance. My rehabilitation post bilateral hip replacements could not have been more sufficient, efficient and pleasant. Gold stars ⭐️ to them all. Director Mr West Hammond, Assist Dir. Mr Corbin May, Therapist Don, Christina, Madison, Ashley, and the new clerk are all professional, genuinely kind, highly skilled and recommended by me. Thank you all !!!😊

Madison Performance Therapy has helped me fully recover from 3 knee surgeries. They’re very encouraging to their patients and always have a smile on their faces. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Therapists are good, but their management practices are horrible. I took off a half day from work to bring my daughter to her appointment, and they would not do her session without payment up front after we had already been there three times. They hadn’t even sent the statement yet as it did not come until three days later in the mail. I did not bring my checkbook with me so we had to turn around and drive back home. And, she missed school for nothing. I will never go back to this group again. There are other options in town with good therapists to choose from.
