Magnet ABA Therapy In Ohio

I’ve been trying to receive ABA services through Magnet ABA for my two-year-old son for almost 9 months, and the communication has been extremely unprofessional the entire time. The only thing they have completed is one telehealth assessment 4 months ago, and since then no one has reached out with any updates, scheduling, or next steps. I’ve called multiple times over the past several months and keep being told that “someone will contact me,” but no one ever does. The only communication I consistently receive from them is regarding checks from the insurance company—which were always sent on time on my end. Today I spoke with a staff member named Jake to express my concerns and frustration. When I asked to speak with a manager, he told me there was nobody higher than him available and then stated he “needed a minute to cool down because he was getting hot,” which felt incredibly unprofessional for a service working with children and families. I rarely leave reviews, but families seeking autism services deserve dependable communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Magnet ABA.
