I do not recommend them. My son was left without RBT and they left my son without service for more than 3 weeks. They didn't even contact me to ask how my son was behaving. He is 2 years old and he was depressed and didn't want to eat. At no time did I receive a message or call from Magnet, for this reason my son is already in another center.
We had to move and we had informed the director that our daughter wouldn’t be able to attend for about 2 weeks because we would be in between homes. We were told that was fine. We contacted them and let them know we were ready for them to come back. After sending 3 text we finally received an email stating they dropped our daughter because they couldn’t see her while we were moving. The whole situation was not a great experience and we wouldn’t recommend them for ABA therapy.
