Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
I can't say enough good things about Magnolia Dupont and I am so grateful for this clinic. I was hesitant to try ABA with my son and now I wish we had started years ago. It was important that my son receive tailored and appropriate neuro-affirming care to support his needs and he is thriving. He runs in happy every morning and doesn't want to leave! The staff is professional, reliable, communicative, organized and most importantly- caring and kind. They work on the specific areas we need the most support in while still letting his strengths shine. I was provided carryover strategies for home and Magnolia was willing to collaborate with my sons preschool to make sure everyone is on the same page. I am grateful to Megan and all the RBTs that work so hard to keep our babies safe, happy and thriving. I would wholeheartedly recommend Magnolia Dupont to my friends and family. Thank you!
I honestly can say Magnolia has been such a blessing to my family. My two autistic children are THRIVING and it’s all thanks to them!! The BT’s have become like family and the BCBA is amazing. I am so happy with the services my children are receiving and so thankful for Magnolia ❤️
When I first sought out magnolia and was told about the lengthy waiting list, I was disappointed and discouraged. I waited over a year for the opportunity to get my daughter in the doors and start to receive much needed therapy and support. Once we got our foot in the door, it was not hard to see why the waitlist is so long. The staff here are nothing short of amazing and the work they have done and continue to do is so impactful to her that I will forever be grateful. She has been given such a variety of tools and techniques that help her in every facet of her life. Words cannot describe how blessed we are or how much therapy has changed her life. Thank you Magnolia. You have made such a difference!
Chelsea Deaconson consistently goes above and beyond to support my son and me on our autism journey. I can not express the extent of the positive impact her involvement has been and the depths to which I depend on her consult. I can’t imagine where we would be without her influence and support.
We would love to get our son in this clinic, but have been on the waitlist since 2019, with several emails back and fourth. I was told 6 months wait at the most. I called again and they said they must have lost my information and took it again to add me back to their list. I have now been on their list for almost 4 years and I must say I have lost almost all hope. Is there really a list? I find it hard to believe that they have not done one intake in the last 4 years....
Great place! Excellent therapists.
My child has been attending the DuPont location for the past 3 years. The staff is very communicative, receptive and has a positive attitude. I have witnessed my child grow and flourish since starting services at this location.
We have been on the waitlist for over a year now with Magnolia Snohomish. I went in this week, and Kayleigh told me she had an opening in the morning class and our son was next on the list to get in and to wait for a call from Nicole, the intake coordinator, to set everything up. If you have a child with social needs, you know what a HUGE hurdle this is for us. We than unregistered our son from his current school to begin school with Magnolia. The day after I unregistered him from his current school I received a call from Kayleigh telling me my son is actually not next in line and we need to continue to wait. In addition to this, they told me he has only been on the waitlist since February 2022, which was the last time I physically went in to check on his application and not the date we added him to the waitlist. When I contacted Nicole about what was going on she was very rude about the whole thing and never even apologized for what happened. She said well you need to just wait like everyone else. So we now have to go and re register him for his old school because they don’t know what they are doing. So many reg flags here. Just avoid it!
This review is regarding the Dupont location. This facility did not meet my son’s needs nor my needs as a parent. I was disappointed with his sessions with a particular therapist (behavior technician). My 4-year-old son is not fully potty-trained and was not taken on potty breaks during his sessions even though I specified that this was an area he needed help in. When I would pick him up afterwards, his pull-up diaper would be soiled and very bulky; this was very upsetting to me. My child’s behavior became worse while he was there (more tantrums/aggression) when he normally had minimal to no problems beforehand while in school. The behavior tech was neglectful, indifferent, and I feel she didn’t have a nurturing spirit for a person working with autistic children. Also, a major concern is that their front entrance is not secure. Any person or child can freely walk in and out of the door. There is no help desk clerk or administrative assistant permanently present to check in with or watch the door for safekeeping which made me extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I ended up taking our son out of this center because of these problems. I felt it was important that I disclose this information for any mothers like me who just want to make sure their child is in good hands and won’t settle for anything less. I truly hope they improve the center’s security and are more attentive to the care of each child. I also would tell this facility to please keep in mind the Autism phrase “Different, Not Less”.
