As someone who does better with more human level interactions between myself and my care team this place has been awesome. I've had two case managers and two therapists here, both of the first moved to different fields, and med management for almost four years through MBHO. I've never done well with that button up all business approach alot of agencies use, so if that's what you're looking for look elsewhere. If you want providers that try to really get to know YOU and not just treat you like client #123, then this agency will be exactly what you're looking for. They put you center in your care and don't handhold through everything so you have to actually try and participate in your own care. My mental, physical and social health have improved by leaps and bounds because I had to say what my goals are not be told what goals are "best". If you are looking to heal and not just maintain by going through the motions then MBHO has what you need.

Absolutely do not recommend if you can find a different agency I highly recommend you go with them Started with this company several months ago first case manager was very unprofessional and never showed up on time second case manager was just as unprofessional if not more so (playing games on her cell phone with the noise up during doctor's appointments or housing appointments or texting with the stupid little chirpy thing for each time you push a button turned up in a an appointment or constantly talking about their significant others upcoming transition surgery and how stressful it is that is not on a client The client should not know any of this and taking phone calls for the significant others appointments while with clients again how unprofessional) and never showed up on time or would no call no show on more than one occasion her boss was constantly making excuses for her instead of trying to correct the behavior clients with mental health issues rely on case management and when you have a case manager who doesn't show up for appointments its most definitely not good

I have had 5 case managers within 3 years and I couldn't trust 3 of them. I don't recommend anyone to go through them. I have had bad services.

It's been 2 months trying to get someone to call me back. I was referred to them. Nothing but silence from an agency that is supposed to help. Call the number mailbox is usually so full you can't even leave a message. It's been 2 months.

Caring providers in a client centered agency. Warm, friendly and comfortable office and waiting area. I recommend this mental health agency to any one in need.
