Dr yung has been so helpful to me! I always feel listen to, heard and she goes out of her way to make sure I can get the care that I need.

I would select zero stars if possible. I paid to have a neuropsychiatric evaluation performed for my son from Beacon Light Neuropsychology (well worth the money - amazing company), Here is how MHBH is continuously dropping the ball on Dr. Moss's misdiagnosis: (1) MHBH does not accept digital read outs, only physical copies - get a grip on HIPPA, please. (2) I am now at week 3 of awaiting a response from her and her team (from a physical copy that I hand delivered). (3) Meanwhile, my son is misdiagnosed, and struggling with his medication. (4) Her answer was to test him for Vitamin D, rather than follow the advice to treat him for ADD. Stay away from this place, it's literally dangerous for your children.

Laura Sawyer was able to help me get on different meds. That helps a lot.

Been clean 8 years thanks to this amazing program. I absolutely couldn't have done it without Dr. Bauer. She is amazing. If it weren't for ARC I wouldn't be here today, so thank you & God bless.

Dr. Moss was extremely insensitive, and made me want to die. Please don't go here if you're desperate for help, find somewhere else because help's not given here. I got out of the psych ward for attemping to take my life, I was finally on a good medication and was promised I'd be set up with a therapist. When I went to MBH to see Dr. Moss and get set up with a counselor I was told they couldn't find me one, and that I would have to change medications. They didn't try to fix a single problem, nor attempt to, I balled my eyes out trying to tell her that they were my last hope just to be hurried out for the next patient. Now I'm worse than before I went to the hospital, it felt like I was told to try again, but succeed this time.

I have had multiple referrals to this facility and NEVER received a call back. I contacted them daily for other a month and NEVER was able to talk to someone in person. . There voicemail says they will get back to people within a day. Do you train your staff? Do you have people actually working here? . I feel sorry for anyone who tries to access treatment from this place. I''d recommend not holding your breath and get support somewhere else. . People are struggling. UPDATE YOUR VOICEMAIL OR DON"T ACCEPT REFEREALS IF YOU CAN'T MANAGE IT.

I called last week as was suggested by one of the receptionists. When I called back I got a different receptionist, her name was Tina. She was so uncaring and was quite rude to me, so much so that she made me cry. Beware of her. She is not in the right field. Talking to patients and their family members who are dying takes a person with kindness, empathy and a little patience or at least some manners. She has none of these characteristics or qualities. Terrible!

My son went to MBH for med management. Things were good. Things were good for awhile until I had issues with my car and missed an appt. It was rescheduled. When we showed up at the date it was rescheduled for we were called into a conference room with 3 other families. No warning that there would be a "group session" to discuss my sons meds and how he was doing. The fact that now 2 other families now knew all about my 10 yo son and what meds hes on but I also now knew about their children and what meds they were on and how they were doing I school. It was an absolute disregard of my sons and their childrens privacy. We were punished for missing an appointment?. I'd love to know this doc billed insurance companies. Did she charge for individual sessions? Did she bill as one session? A bit fraudulent if you ask me and a huge huge violation on my sons privacy. I will now be driving over 40 miles each way to have my son seen by a professional
