I left my appointment more depressed then when I arrived, Don’t understand how some of these Doctors got there degrees

Absolutely pathetic office. The staff are even more pathetic, not to mention crazy unprofessional. Do not consider receiving care here if you respect your well being and don’t like people wasting your money AND time. The amount of money I have spent trying to have my prescription written in correctly is disgusting. I should not have to drain my wallet due to the carelessness of the providers here. On another note, I have been through a few different providers here. None of them have stuck for obvious reasons. They do NOT care about you or your well being. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else. This place is a joke! HELEN KRASNOW IS A JOKE! I want to know how she got her license. Disgusting disgusting disgusting. Very condescending, shows little to no care for patients, brings personal life into convo?? , tried starting me on weight loss meds that put me at high risk of serious side effects w current meds im on. Im going to be honest, the individuals review stating that their experience with helen krasnow was traumatic, THEY ARE RIGHT!

I do not recommend this place by any means. Helen Krasnow should not be a psychiatrist. I saw her after receiving a referral for their clinic and to say my experience is traumatic is very much an understatement. Not only was she condescending when speaking to me, but she also really didn’t seem to show much effort or energy towards my care. One day after getting stuck in road traffic she refused to see me despite her labeling me as a “high risk” just because I didn’t show up in time. And I really needed that appointment that day. Never got a packet telling me about their late policy. The denial in and of itself at the time very much could have sent me into a mental health crisis. Then the next time I saw here (the soonest they could get me in was almost a month later) I was honest with her about how I’d been feeling but assured her in the moment that I wasn’t in crisis. She refused to believe me and asked if I could safely drive myself to the hospital. I assured her that I could with my partner on the phone to give me accountability. She still refused to believe me due to my “lack of eye contact.” She proceeded to give a call to 911 to request an ambulance to the location to take me to the local ED. I was held there involuntarily. Escorted there by a police officer and a case manager. I’ve refused to see her ever since. I’ve stopped my meds. She is not helpful at all. Please consider if you value your care and wellbeing to take your case to another clinic that will value you more.

A living nightmare the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, they were my payee in Sanford but I’m in Calais Maine and I cannot acess my own funds, not to mention Larry Owens my so called caseworker was often verbally Abusive, I’m 72 years old and they are intentionally withholding all of my funds, I will prevail!!!!)

I had 2 great case management, but didn't need them anymore. Then a major trauma happened and needed their services. Well one MARA would never show up when told was going to, but never called to let you know. Then I tell her appointment times I'm available. Never answered for 2 months until I called and her excuse was I tried calling. How when I have a phone and your number was never on my missed call. Then we have Val for my child and let me tell you. You never ever hear from her. Never showed up to my son's IEP meetings when gave her 2 months in advance and instead of asking the school for the link. She does nothing. So I messaged her may 8th it's now the 17th and I had to call her to let her know that Maine behavioral health sucks. They don't do their job except 2 case workers there. Meghan and jennessa. Other than that you should really think about hiring new people, or make your people do their jobs. Case management is there for people in need. Now I got ran over disabled and your people are treating us like this. Pathetic company and you should really change who works for you. I was called by the supervisor this morning. Val decided to say I've been trying to get a hold of her for so long well I got proof in text messages that I'm going to show the even bigger supervisor don't trust these people. They love to lie. I wish I could attach files to reviews because then you could see how much main behavioral health caseworkers lie besides Megan and Janessa. If you want anyone get those and stay on the waiting list
